Owned by Southern Oregon University and headquartered in Ashland, JPR operates one of the largest translator networks of any public radio station in the country.
KSOR 89.1 FM - Ashland: Signed on in April 1969 as a 10-watt station operated by students at Southern Oregon College. Became a full NPR member by the end of the 1970s.
